Nadia Hallgren is nominated for two 2020 Primetime Emmy's for her work on the Michelle Obama documentary Becoming. She is nominated for Outstanding Directing for a Documentary/ Nonfiction Program as well as Outstanding Cinematography for a Nonfiction Program. 

Becoming is also nominated for Outstanding Documentary or Nonfiction Special and in the Outstanding Music Composition for a Documentary Series category for a total of four nominations.
