#LikeAGirl kicks off the Awards Season with Webbys, Pencils, Cubes and Andys.

April 29th, 2015 - Chelsea Pictures Director Lauren Greenfield and Leo Burnett continue to clean up at industry award shows. Since its first win at last year's CLIO Awards, where it won a Grand CLIO in Public Relations, the work has gone on to win the industry's top accolades.

Kicking off this year's awards season, #LikeAGirl has already won 3 Gold ANDYs, 11 Webbys, 8 D&AD Pencils and 5 Cubes at the ADC Awards. The AICP Awards have also shortlisted the project in 6 different categories, winners will be announced during the AICP Show on Thursday, June 4th at the Museum of Modern Art in New York.

After its initial YouTube launch in June of 2014, the social experiment introducing the hashtag #LikeAGirl has gone on to become a runaway viral success with a universally lauded message for young girls. 

Following its web success, the work was revisited in order to craft a 60 second version for the national broadcast of Super Bowl XLIX, where it reached another record breaking audience.

UPDATE: May 8th, 2015 -  #LikeAGirl was awarded five pencils at the 2015 One Show Awards, including a Gold Pencil for Brand Transformation, and a Silver Film Pencil for Lauren Greenfield's Direction.

UPDATE: May 19th, 2015 - The Effie Global Awards presented  #LikeAGirl with a Gold Global Effie.
