Chelsea Makes YouTube's '10 Years of Ads' Leaderboard.

Always' #LikeAGirl, from Director Lauren Greenfield and Leo Burnett, was selected to be one of twenty best pieces of advertising from the last 10 years. The twenty selections are now part of a public vote to choose the winner. The pieces were selected based on view count and social media impact.
