Zero Days is a Chilling Look at Cyberwarfare.

July 18th, 2016 - In his latest film, documentarian Alex Gibney trains his sights on a different and very new threat to worldwide security. Zero Days profiles the idea of cyrberwarfare and explores how an invisible menace can be halted.

The story begins by attempting to trace the origins of a sophisticated piece of malware known as Stuxnet. The virus was used to disable Iran's Nuclear plants, and sabotage any Iranian attempt to create a nuclear weapon. It is through the account of Stuxnet that Alex Gibney weaves together interviews aimed to both warn and implore viewers and leaders to take action - as there are currently no treaties banning these types of cyber weapons.

In his review, NPR's John Powers says the film "may be Alex's finest and most important." Read more about Zero Days from the LA Times as well as the NY Times. Zero Days is now playing in select theatres as well as on demand.
